Okay guys, I did it!!! Yay!! Omg I'm super sweaty and tired, but I did it. I don't know why, but this video was real challenge for me. It focused mainly on thighs and butt. Maybe it's because I need to strengthen these areas more. Either way, now that I'm done I feel really good about it.
I just wanted to let all the guys out there know, that my husband has also been doing the KettleWorx videos, and he's doing great! He uses the 15lb kettle bell, I use the 5lb one, and we are both feeling better because of it. We also feel each others muscles all the time.
I've been counting calories too. And it's really helping. I wasn't super strict on the calorie counting this weekend, but I didn't totally binge out either. Well there was that movie theater popcorn with butter that threw me off a bit, but I'm 100% back on board today, and I excited about seeing se results at the end of the week!!
