This is the best way to make veggies. This recipe always comes out great. I make it in bulk so my husband and I can eat it all week. This is all we had for dinner tonight and it was awesome!!
Recipe:
You can use any veggies you like, but this is how we make it.
Carrots
Red potatoes
Zucchini
Onion
Garlic
Rosemary
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all veggies in baking dish, or tray. Bake for about 45 min.
