I just got done with another KettleWorx video, and cardio kicked my butt. But, the feeling I get when I've completed my workout is worth all the sweat.
I kinda strayed from my workout and diet this weekend, but I'm all in again. Some weeks, when I workout, I feel super motivated and I feel great, and some weeks I really have to push myself to do it. I think the stresses of family life and finances add to my crappy mood. When I get everything in my life all worked out, then I'm sure I'll be back in 110%.
For now, I just have to try and stay positive, and push myself, until I can get back in my groove.
