After a great weekend filled with a ton of food and fun, I'm ready to get back on track. My knee is feeling better, and wrapping it up real tight helps to get me through my workouts. Im just very grateful that I can workout again. I only missed one or two days, but I felt horrible for missing those days.
I'm finally at the point where I'm not making excuses why I cant workout. I'm now trying to find ways to continue my workouts. The first couple of weeks were pretty hard. I couldn't get those stupid thoughts out of my head that kept telling me I could put off working out, or I could make it up later. Even on the days I'm not working out, I feel like I should be. Sometimes I do an extra workout with my husband, because I feel like a lazy bum just sitting there watching him workout.
Friday will be the end of my 6 week KettleBell workout. So I think I'm going to restart the program over again, but I'm going to get a heavier KettleBell, I'm using a 5lb right now, and I'm probably going I get an 8lb KettleBell. Well, I'm ready to challenge myself, and change my horrible habits.
