I was absolutly not feeling like working out today. After our busy weekend, all I wanted to do was sleep today!!! I tried to take a nap on the couch earlier today, but my son kept waking me up by throwing his toys in my face. BUT . . . I DID IT!!!
My husband got off work and he was super pumped to do it, so I dragged my lazy bum over to the TV, and did it. I dont know if it's just the hot day, or if my body just got use to not working out over the weekend, but I'm sweating like crazy right now.
I always feel so much better after my workout's done. It's just a pain in the butt getting up and motivated to do it. I promise, no matter how lazy I feel, I'll stick to this and I'll show you all the before and after pictures after the 6 weeks.
