I injured my knee recently, an I'm really bummed I can't do my KettleWorx workout. This is the first day that I'm missing it. I'm going to wait until my husband comes home so he can help me figure out some low impact workouts, that won't make my knee worse.
I feel horrible because I've committed to this workout and I'm not able to finish the 6 week program. It also bums me out knowing that I'm going to be loosing the strength I've built up in my legs, during this time I can't do my workouts.
Does anyone know of low impact workouts I could do at home? I need more cardio, but I have no idea how to workout with a knee injury. Any advice is welcomed.
