Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

I just made this shake and it's awesome. Mmm...

Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
1 frozen banana
1tbsp Peanut Butter
1-2 packets of Stevia Sweetener
1 cup milk
2 cups of ice

Directions:
1)Put ingredients together
2)Blend till chunks of ice are gone
3)Enjoy!

PS- its best if you split this up into two or three servings. Pour the excess in freezer safe cups, and save for later. When ready to drink, take out of freezer and let defrost for about an hour. This is a great snack (in small portions).
